Once a year, the list of the top 1000 agents and agent teams in the United States is published by REAL Trends, Inc. in partnership with the Wall Street Journal. We are very proud to announce that there are more Keller Williams teams and agents on the list than ANY OTHER COMPANY. Way to go, KW!

The evolution of agent teams in the real estate business has had a dramatic effect on Keller Williams. Since publishing the bestselling book The Millionaire Real Estate Agent in 2004, Keller Williams teams have been built in markets across the United States and Canada. The process has been formalized by Keller Williams through their Expansion Systems Orientation course, and the ongoing team expansion training and masterminds.

They are essentially mini-brokerages that all work under the Keller Williams umbrella, which creates a winning situation for everyone involved.
