About Learn AI
We wrote these guides for our own clients first.
Now anyone who wants to learn AI can buy the same ones.

“I got tired of explaining this stuff one client at a time, so we wrote it down.”

Why We Built This
Everyone Says You Should Learn AI. Nobody Tells You Where To Start.
Learn AI started as a pile of internal cheat sheets we never meant to sell. Our marketing clients kept asking the same question, and it was never “should we use AI.” It was “everyone tells me I should be using this, so where do I actually start on Monday morning?” These were smart operators running real businesses. What they wanted was a crash course, not a semester.
So we wrote one. Then another. After enough of them it was clear we had built a library by accident, and that the guides worked because of what they left out. No model benchmarks, no prompt engineering theory, no 40-page PDF that dies in your downloads folder. Each one picks a job you already do and walks you through doing it with AI. That library is now open to everyone.
How It Works
Pick Your Task.
Finish It This Afternoon.
Every guide follows the same format. Plain English, worked examples so you can see the input next to the output, a prompt pack you can copy and adapt, and a one-page cheat sheet for when you forget the steps two weeks later. Which you will. The guides are sorted three ways so you can find yours fast.

Who’s Behind This
Jon Sterling
I run Foxtown Marketing, a fractional CMO shop that works with small and mid-sized businesses, mostly law firms, home services companies, and professional services firms. I still build the Google Ads accounts, the CRM integrations, and the automations myself. My background is operations and marketing, not computer science, which is exactly why these guides read the way they do.
I also run Foxtown Education, which connects people to online certification programs and grant funding so they can move into a new career. A lot of those students are retraining because part of their old job disappeared, and some of that is AI. The people getting squeezed by this technology and the people who could benefit most from it are often the same people. Giving them a straight answer beats selling them a scary headline.
I’m based in Vero Beach, Florida. Before Foxtown I ran my own marketing agency, and before that I spent years as an operator and angel investor, watching companies burn cash on marketing that looked impressive and did nothing. I’ve been in real estate since 2002, launched Keller Williams in the United Kingdom, and later ran a 35-office region across South Florida. I even wrote a personal finance book that hit bestseller lists. The thread through all of it is the same. I like taking things that feel complicated or intimidating and making them simple enough that a normal person can actually use them, which is the whole idea behind these guides.
