Step 3: Apply to take the Vermont real estate exam
You can apply to take the Vermont real estate exam after you have completed the licensing education requirements. The Vermont real estate exam fee is $55.
Licensed attorneys in Vermont are exempt from the pre-licensing education requirements.
Step 4: Complete the Vermont real estate license application
