Everything we sell at Learn AI is a digital download, usually a PDF guide, delivered instantly after purchase. Because of that, there is nothing to ship back and no physical return. Here is how refunds work.
Our 14-day guarantee
If a guide does not deliver what it promised, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will make it right, including a full refund. We would rather have a happy reader than hold onto a few dollars. A quick note about what missed the mark helps us improve, but it is not required.
How to request a refund
Reach out through our contact page with the email you used at checkout and the name of the guide. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, and it usually takes a few days for your bank to post it.
Things to know
- Because the products are digital and downloaded immediately, we cannot accept a return of the file itself
- Bundle purchases are refunded as a whole, not guide by guide
- If you bought through a payment plan like Klarna or Affirm, the refund is handled through that provider
If something is wrong with your order or a file will not download, tell us. We will fix the problem before anything else.
