The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a track record of high-achievement in their professional life and personal life. It will be clear from their history that they are on a steep trajectory of success.
The person in this role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and, ultimately, the success of the office. This is an executive position for someone who understands the value of servant leadership and building a positive, learning-based environment.
This person has several years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title insurance or a related industry. Having deep ties in the community is a nice bonus, but certainly not a requirement. The ability to build strong industry relationships is the skill that’s important.
