The Lead Generation Manager is responsible for converting leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. They must be a well-organized, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills. The successful Lead Generation Manager will succeed through people, systems, and tools, and will continually make improvements to all facets of this department.

The Lead Generation Manager is willing and able to develop into the Director of Lead Generation, overseeing the entire Lead Generation department, including management of Expansion Lead Generation, Marketing Team, Outside and Inside Sales Team, and all other team lead generation efforts.

These are the standards a well-above average performer will maintain or exceed:

-Work with the Director of Operations to build and maintain an effective Lead Generation department
-Continually develop new lead generation methods and best practices
-Oversee MKT Team marketing and prospecting needs
-Research, vet, and analyze lead generation tools and tactics for the team
-Record, source, assign, and track internet leads, and optimize lead spend for conversion
-Manage cultivation of internet leads from acquisition to conversion
-Ensure that all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed
-Oversee referral system, system hand-offs, and team utilization of all tools (CRM etc.)
-Manage call calendar, 33 touch program, 8x8, and other lead generation tactics
-Record, source, assign, and track all non-internet leads
